Kagetsuen final day report

Kagetsuen is my first velodrome which I rode when I was 10 years old. 3/31 is the final day of Japanese fiscal year and the final day of the velodrome after 59 years of history. The final race and a prize-giving ceremony was like usual race day but after that the velodrome opened to the public. That was shocking for me because we never can walk into the race track with shoes. Means that the place never will be used for a bike race again. For me, that was like walk into Sumo ring with our shoes on. So sad.
